Pass validity depends on the pass selected—typically ranges from six months to eighteen months. Each pass listing specifies its redemption window. We encourage booking appointments within suggested intervals to maintain optimal regrowth timing and preserve the pass benefits.
Passes are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing client's account to maintain treatment continuity and health records. If purchasing as a gift, contact our front desk for gift card options or special arrangements that maintain policy compliance.
