Each Passes bundle pre-pays multiple Brazilian maintenance sessions (4, 6, 9, or 12). Passes include discounted per-visit pricing, priority scheduling within the required return windows, and consistent care from our trained sugar technicians. Passes are non-refundable but transferable under policy.
Pass validity depends on the selected bundle. We recommend maintenance every 4–8 weeks; specific return windows and overall completion timelines vary by pass (4, 6, 9, 12 sessions). Exact scheduling and expiration details are provided at purchase and on your receipt.
Yes. Passes are transferable with prior approval from Shine Bright. We allow transfers to family or invited guests if the original owner notifies us and provides ID. Transferred sessions must follow pass scheduling rules and cannot be refunded.
Passes are non-refundable to ensure discounted pricing integrity. In exceptional circumstances we may offer credit or store credit at management discretion. Cancellation or suspension policies, including eligibility for credits, are explained at purchase—please contact us promptly to discuss concerns.
