Most clients enjoy hair-free results for three to six weeks, depending on individual growth cycles and hair thickness. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hairs finer over time, extending the interval between appointments.

Ensure hair is about one-quarter inch long and arrive clean with no lotions, oils, or heavy products. Avoid sun exposure and exfoliate gently a day or two before to reduce ingrown hairs and improve waxing results.

You may feel brief discomfort as hairs are removed, but our experienced estheticians use fast, gentle techniques. Numbing options and aftercare minimize soreness, and sensitivity typically decreases with regular waxing sessions.

Ideally hair should be about one-quarter inch long, roughly three to six millimeters, so the wax can grip properly. If hair is longer we can trim it; if it’s too short, you’ll need to wait for regrowth.

We recommend avoiding shaving between waxing sessions because it removes hair at the surface and disrupts the waxing cycle. If you shave, wait until hair regrows to the proper length. Light trimming is acceptable to maintain shape without affecting future waxes.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise, and tight clothing for 24 to 48 hours. Use a clean, soothing gel like aloe and avoid fragranced products. Gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and encourage smooth regrowth.
